Chapter 103: Furious Tearing
"Ah-Hua, have you been bewitched by that little brat Xu Chuyin? Is that why you choose to trust him over me? You haven't been yourself ever since you arrived in Aomeng. First, he stalked you, then he played the hero to save you! And he even went to the venue to watch your art competition! I could have turned a blind eye to all of it, but why did you stop me today when I just wanted to teach him a simple lesson? I saw you two wrapped in each other's arms, and Xu Chuyin, ignoring his own pain, actually shielded you from the rocks! Guess what I think? One of you must have truly fallen for the other."
Zhong Huayan almost slapped him. She had explained it a thousand times, yet he still wouldn't believe her; why was he so stubborn?
"I told you, I don't like Xu Chuyin!"
"But I have shielded you from danger too! He only hurt his hand, but my entire back was injured! Why must you take his side?"
Fu Yanyan hoisted the woman's legs onto his shoulders. The man, who had been kneeling on the ground, rose with a swift and ferocious intensity, looming over her.
His hands, cold as a snake, slid over her buttocks and locked around her waist. Regardless of the dust covering her body or her disheveled hair, his possessive desire reached its peak.
He tore through the hem of her beige dress, then offered his right arm for her to bite down on recklessly. Fu Yanyan seemed to feel no pain at all, effortlessly flipping her over.
He entered.
The green tassels on his hem rhythmically slapped against her hips.
Zhong Huayan felt dizzy and overwhelmed after the long struggle; the more she resisted, the tighter this bastard held onto her.
Back and forth, it went on for hours.
She had no idea how the driver was handling the car, as they still hadn't arrived.
She felt this was pure torture. Every inch of her skin—even the parts stained with the dust of coffins and the dead—was bitten and gnawed upon by this madman until she was covered in bruises.
In the end, he forced her to take the lead, to move on top.
She was already sapped of all strength, yet he insisted she continue.
Finally, under his violent, thrusting hip movements, a jolt of electricity surged through her. Trembling uncontrollably, she drifted into unconsciousness, caught between pain and numbness.
When she opened her eyes, she saw the familiar ceiling again. She looked toward the phone on the nearby cabinet and just as she reached out to grab it—
"Hiss..."
She suddenly felt as if her arm had been dislocated. Amidst the soreness, memories of what happened before she passed out flooded back. Her fingers turned white, and in her heart, she cursed Fu Yanyan's ancestors down to the eighteenth generation; he truly was a hopeless mad dog.
"Ma'am, are you looking for your phone?"
"Hongshu! Are you okay? They kidnapped you—they didn't hurt you, did they?"
"Ma'am... no, I should call you Boss. I'm fine. It seems they only kidnapped me after seeing the purple diamond bracelet on my wrist."
Hongshu looked terrified by the kidnapping; her face still turned pale at the memory.
"They only took the bracelet I gave you?"
"Yes. I heard a boy's voice. He asked me where I got the bracelet, and I said it was a gift from you. Then he snatched it away. But I don't think it was for money, because they never even asked about the fifty million in my bank account."
"Did you see what he looked like? Was his voice delicate and pleasant? Was he tall and slender with phoenix eyes?"
"His voice sounded young and refined, but I didn't see his face; my eyes were covered the whole time. Later, he dumped me somewhere and left. That was when the police found me."
Zhong Huayan pondered silently.
After sorting through her thoughts, she realized two undeniable truths.
One was that Xu Chuyin had indeed orchestrated the kidnapping for a secret meeting, but he hadn't anticipated that the underground mechanism contained a Taoist temple, nor that the mechanism would shift, trapping them inside.
The other was that Fu Yanyan knew about the mechanism beneath her restaurant. The way he had so confidently and swiftly blasted through to that location proved he had been there before.
Hongshu looked at the dense trail of marks on the woman's porcelain-like skin and shyly looked away.
She was secretly shocked; she hadn't realized that someone like President Fu could be so intense in private.
As she thought this, Hongshu handed the phone from the cabinet to her.
Zhong Huayan unlocked her phone and first replied to the three brothers of the Old Li family. Then, she saw the headlines.
[A major criminal case has been uncovered in Aomeng today. In an underground palace, a hundred-year-old Taoist temple was discovered containing forty-nine young girls, spanning victims from forty years ago to the last decade. The killer’s methods were brutal and cruel; a gap was smashed into each of their foreheads, and eerie, flower-shaped glass-like growths have since emerged. Police revealed that the suspect seemingly aspired to achieve immortality and committed these crimes based on ancient texts. This case has shocked all of Aomeng, and the police are working tirelessly to solve it.]
Hongshu spoke with lingering fear; such things were truly too horrifying.
"Boss, it's so scary! I heard you were the one who found them! Was the scene particularly terrifying?"
"I was scared to death at the time. I heard from the police that you had disappeared nearby. I thought you were about to be turned into one of those girls in the coffins."
Hongshu’s round face offered a shy, relieved smile. She then took the woman's hand on the bed and whispered softly.
"I am so grateful to you. You are the kindest person I have ever met in my life. From now on, I will go through fire and water for you."
"Silly girl, anyone would have been anxious in that situation. Human lives are at stake. You don't need to go through fire and water for me; I just hope you can live safely and peacefully."
Hongshu was on the verge of tears, the droplets trembling at the corners of her eyes.
Zhong Huayan found the little thing quite adorable and pure; she wanted to protect her well.
"By the way, help me up. Where did President Fu go after he returned? Did you see a refined-looking young man with hands covered in blood mixed with gravel?"
Hongshu leaned in close to her ear, looking cautious. "Just now, Assistant Li warned me not to tell you. But since you want to know, I'll take you there."
"Never mind, if they blame you, it will only cause trouble."
Zhong Huayan gently pinched the girl's cheeks, which were full of youthful collagen.
"It's fine, they are on the second floor, turning left, in a triangular cage inside an iron door. For the past four hours, the two men have been fighting without eating or drinking, saying it's a fight to the death."
Upon hearing this, she immediately got out of bed.
Zhong Huayan had already been cleaned, and her intimate areas felt cool and soothed, likely from the medication applied earlier. Her black Tang-style fabric dress, embroidered with Su embroidery, outlined her tall and upright figure in a beautiful, mysterious way.
However, the neckline was quite low, as if deliberately telling everyone that her neck was covered in the marks of intimate biting. Feeling it was unseemly and that such behavior was childish, Zhong Huayan wrapped a cashmere scarf around her neck.
