Cohen was a slender eleven-year-old boy, with meticulously groomed black hair, dressed in a white T-shirt and blue jeans, living at No. 5 Privet Drive.
In his hand was the fifty-pence rainbow lollipop he had just “generously” given to the neighbor’s kid.
